These terms apply to all services, treatments, and training courses provided by Enhance.


2. Services
Enhance provides aesthetics, beauty treatments, and training courses. All services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.


3. Bookings & Payments
Appointments and course bookings must be made in advance via our booking system or direct contact.

  • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your booking

  • Full payment may be required prior to or on the day of your appointment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change

Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.


4. Cancellations & Refunds
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • booking fees are non-refundable

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or full payment being charged

  • Courses and training fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
Enhance reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Patch tests may be required prior to certain treatments. Failure to attend a patch test may result in cancellation of your appointment.


6. Results & Liability
Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Enhance will not be held responsible for:

  • Adverse reactions where medical information has not been disclosed

  • Failure to follow aftercare advice

  • Individual variations in treatment results

7. Age Restrictions
You must be 16 years or older to receive treatments. Proof of age may be required.
Training courses may have additional age or qualification requirements.


8. Training Courses
By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

  • Attend all required training sessions

  • Complete case studies and assessments where required

  • Meet the required standards to pass

Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all course requirements.
Resits may incur additional charges.


9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and course materials, is the property of Enhance and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
